Not bad: In such a situation, one can just let the ob-gyn doctor know about it. This happens in real life, because many women don't know they are pregnant until 6-8 weeks gestation or later. Also, the x-ray beam wouldn't be aimed at the uterus if doing knee x-rays, although there might be a little bit of scattered x-rays... Which aren't expected to cause a problem unless a person is really really unlucky.
