Back pain: Squeezing pain lower back can be either muscle spasm, kidney stone or pinched nerve. Passing kidney stone also associated with groin pain and sometimes blood in the urine and usually need medical attention. Muscle spasm or pinched nerve usually associated with recent injury and relief with anti inflammatory and rest.
