Eosinophilic ?: Food impaction in the esophagus can result when there is a fixed narrowing (e.g. Congenital web, ring, peptic stricture, radiation damage, surgical anastomotic narrowing), inflammation, dysmotility (disordered peristalsis or sphincter problem, achalasia). In younger patients, infiltration of the gut lining by eosinophils can cause both dysphagia (food sticking) and diarrhea. Was this checked?

Hiatal hernia: This is where a portion of your stomach slides into the chest through the diaphragm. It is a common cause of food getting stuck in the esophagus. It is always associated with reflux of acid into the esophagus(gerd). It can be managed with medicines and avoiding caffein and alcohol. Also helpful if you do not try ts swallow large pieces of meat. If symptoms persist can have laparoscopic surgery.
