See a therapist: A skilled professional psychotherapist is the best person to meet with you, perform an assessment, and offer appropriate treatment. Cognitive behavioral and supportive therapies can greatly improve coping skills and distorted negative beliefs that are causing the emotional pain. This will not be easy but you can get better. You need to take the first step. Good luck!

Grief: You seem to be starting your grief process over your loss. First stage is shock, then denial, then anger, then bargaining, then depression, then acceptance. It feels that way because you care. A therapist experienced in issues of grief is worth consulting, to give you support & guidance & help u sort out your feelings.

Grief=Pain: When a tough thing like this happens, you become so sad that it causes physical symptoms to occur like those you mentioned. Try to stay focused on your own help and the importance of making good decisions. It would also help to see out the support of trusted friends. You can get through this even though it will be very hard.

Losses are painful: You should take good care of yourself as you heal the loss. If you continue to feel this badly in the next week or two, you may have a depression and should be evaluated by a competent mental health professional. You might benefit from therapy to help you get through this early rough time.
