No: Prescription medications are the only way to quiet the voices. The sooner you start with meds, the sooner it will improve, and if you go on and off meds, will be harder and harder to treat. Once you find meds that work, dont cause too many side effects, and are affordable, be sure to stick with them and follow up with your doctor regularly.

WOULD NOT RELY ON IT: Gota kola is an herb used in traditional chinese and ayurvedic medicine to help with inflammation. Also, psychosis is really something that needs serious attention.There are plenty of for sure medications so i would really start with good health and sleep and eating and exercise. Then go to a physician and try therapy and antidepressants if necessary and perhaps even an anti psychotic.
