Could b appendicitis: Appendicitis is possible. The pain localizes to the right lower abdomen after initially being more diffuse. If you have a fever or if the pain persists beyond 4 hours to in for evaluation. An exam by a doc, ultrasound and blood draw for lab analysis will help get the diagnosis.
