Lower back pain: Lower back pain on the right side could be caused by muscle pain, nerves, bones, or organs. There are so many issues that could be going on. In addition, may be kidney problems, such as infection, kidney stones, appendicitis. As you can see, there are many conditions to consider. I think to be sure; I would see a health care provider for an evaluation.
