What are healthy nails suppose to look like because mine are very thin and soft

Look at someone's: Genetic does play a very important in the appearance of nail/skin/hair and disease process such as psoriasis and health status can influence the health of your nails and skin. If your nails have always been so, you may not be able to do much to change it--likely genetically set. Keeping in general good health, eat well/exercise/sleep adequately. Don't pick your cuticle! consult doc. Good luck.
