No: Celexa (citalopram) is ssri medication can be used for depression and anxiety and it is considerd to be having limited side effect, mainly sexual side effect , upset stomache and weight gain. I am not aware that it can cause ringing in the ears. However, medications can work differently with different people... All med. Can have side effect and we take them only if we can't function without them...!
