Nerve damage: Sometimes nerves can heal but it can take a long time. It is thought that perhaps vitamin B12 can help nerve function. Also, i would try physical therapy of sorts. That is, exercise/massage those areas as best you can to encourage your body to heal and adapt. Some might also use meds like Neurontin (gabapentin) for your condition.
