Physical Therapy: Mainstay of treatment for slipped disc if have no major neurological symptoms of impingement is conservative i.E no surgery indicated. Mainstay of treatments physical strengthening with focus on core strengthening keeping yourself active and anti-inflammatory meds if all fail then trial of nerve block ( epidural ).
