See doc ASAP: This could be related to the Indomethacin use... Kidney problems from the medicine use can cause swelling into the legs and ankles. But it can also be completely unrelated. With the leg swelling and now vomiting, your symptoms are serious enough to warrant a thorough evaluation by your doctor. If your doctor is not available, please go to urgent care or ed.

Anytime, one has: A bad reaction to a medication prescribed by a doctor, the patient has an obligation to inform the prescribing doctor what occured. At bare minimum, let your internist know. A potential side effect from many medications may be fluid retention. Antiinflammatories can irritate the stomach linning. Possibly, cause or irritate a bleeding ulcer. Inform your doc of your symptoms.
