Be checked for ....: Typical pattern for carpal tunnel syndrome as it will affect both arns at least 50% of the time & typical at night as we sleep our hands fall into a dropped position closing down on a nerve in the wrist & these symptoms can actually include the upper arms as well. Try wrist splints at night & if it does not get better see your doctor to get checked out for this condition & for several other ones.
