No: There is no brain surgery for autism. Some bad neurological disorders can have autistic behaviors. These children may need brain surgery for their neurological disorder - not for the autism. Often children with brain cancer who have surgery and chemo and radiation therapy are left with autistic behavior. The issue becomes quite complex.
