Bruise: Any soft tissue trauma can result in bruising or a tissue trauma mark. There are varying degrees of bruising from mild all the way to to infamous "purple hickey". If the skin is actually broken, bacteria mouth can result in infection. If the bumps progressively get bigger then this is a possibility.
