Diagnosis : Impossible to say for sure what is going on, since cannot examine you, but there are many different illnesses which can produce the same sets of symptoms. Sometimes mycoplasma pneumoniae or chlamydia spp. Can produce these and persist with cough for weeks, making you begin to feel you may have a cancer, and then it goes away. Be patient, and hope you are better soon.
