Stabilization: Typically, a partial fracture or stress fracture simply requires stabilization of the bone, and reduction of impact, especially if a fracture from the waist down. These heal very easily typically.

What is that?: Not sure what a partial bone fracture is, however, any fracture should be immobilized in a splint or a cast. There are some situations where surgery may be required, but that will be determined by you orthopedic surgeon.
