Late: After it's spread. The very fact that you are concerned about cancer at the age of 22 suggests to me that a physician's office visit is in order. When i was a teen, my life situation was difficult and because of the ways i was treated, i often didn't want to eat, and also knew just enough about disease to worry about very unlikely things. And my physician helped make my life situation better.
