Very close to zero: Without a family history of polyps or early cancer chance is as close to zero as you can get. But are you loosing weight or having diarrhea? That would need to be checked out.

Highly unlikely: At your age, the most common cause of a poor appetite would be emotional, such as depression, anxiety, or tremendous stress. There are also medical conditions (like ulcers or bowel inflammation, problems in the pituitary, chronic infections or inflammations) that can decrease your appetite. Medications and drug use (like cocaine) can also cause a poor appetite. Please see your doctor to evaluate.
