Cancer unlikely: Losing your appetite or feeling full early just once today is unlikely to be cancer. At 22, your chances of other causes, such as a temporary stomach bug, gastritis or acid reflux, are much higher than your risk of cancer. Take it easy, avoid alcohol, tobacco, spicy and acidic foods (such as citrus & tomato) for the next few days, and if you don't feel back to yourself within a week, see your dr.

Very low: There are inherited forms of cancer (lynch syndrome most noteably, as well as familial polyposis syndrome), but in general, this is a known family trait. Early satiety alone is not usually a common symptom of cancer. However, if it continues, see a GI doctor.
