A member asked:

Is it possible for a 35 week fetus to be to big for its mother body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Too Big: The uterus grows during pregnancy to accommodate the fetus, the placenta, and the amniotic fluid. A 35 week fetus may seem large, or even too large, for its mother, but in most cases the mother's body and her uterus will allow continued growth. After all the most common time to be born is at term-or 37-42 weeks.
