NO EFFECT ON HIS: Sex life other than feeling better about himself and his appearance. There is no pill to take for gynecomastia.

Should be good: You'll feel better about yourself. The surgery is usually trivial. A few people have tried tamoxifen for gynecomastia; surgery is a much better option.

Breast Red & Sex: Medicines are not used to reduce gynecomastia but some drugs have the side effect of producing it as well as marijuana usage. I suspect your sex life will improve as you will be more comfortable with your body appearance.
