Black stools: Usually indicate blood in stool from region of stomach (provided you haven't taken peptobismal for the diarrhea). Significant blood loss can lead to volume depletion and fainting from lack of blood and oxygen. This can be very serious and life threatening. Do not delay, see your doctor or go to er for CBC and full physical evaluation!
