Avoid sweets: Avoiding sweets and eating a healthy balanced diet is the best for teeth and your whole body health. Seeing your doctor and dentist regularly can help you stay ahead of teeth & health issues. Brushing after meals and flossing is another key to healthy teeth, healthy gums and maintaining a nice looking smile.

What the acids...: Diet in general isn't the only way to keep teeth healthy. I advise you to watch the acidic food and drinks, like sugared sodas and sucking on citrus fruits. The best thing you can do for healthy teeth is to brush and floss regularly and get regular and timely checkups with x-rays at your dentist.

Healthy Diet: A healthy diet for a healthy overall health is a good diet for healthy teeth. All foods that contain carbohydrates and sugars can cause cavities. The more sticky the surgars, like in raisins, the more they cause cavities. It is very important to reduce the time these types of foods are in contact with the teeth by brushing after they are ingested. Stay on three meals a day and brush & floss after.

Avoid sugar, carbs: Avoid fermentable carbohydrates. This includes sugar, white flour, corn meal, or actually most anything in the normal american diet. Also avoid acidic drinks such as soda. Sipping on soda is the worst thing for dental health. Eat the things above sparingly. Eat vegetables, fruit, tree nuts, whole grains, lean meats. Brush 3 times, floss daily, see the dentist every 6 months.

Fruits ; veggies: The best diet for teeth is to avoid products in your diet that can cause cavities. Bacteria breakdown sugars and form acid which in turn breakdown tooth structure. So avoid products that are high in sugars, particularly candies that stick to your teeth. Have a diet with fruits and vegetables.
