I've had a head ache and pressure at the top of my nose inbetween my eyebrows for about a week which moves to top of head on a night time?

Eye strain?: Your description sounds like eye strain or a stress/tension headache. Have you been reading or performing prolonged near work or been under a lot of stress? If so, these issues may be causing the problem. Avoiding stress and taking breaks during prolonged near work should help. Over-the-counter headache meds can alsobe tried. If no improvement or worsening, you should see a doctor.
