Aphthous ulcers: These could be aphthous ulcers or canker sores which can be brought on by stress. They usually go away within 7-10 days. Any lesions in the mouth that last longer than that should be checked out by your doctor.

Stress can do it: Yes, stress can cause manifest conditions in the mouth. One of these are blisters, others are grinding and/clenching of the teeth. These should go away by two weeks.
