I have lumps on my lower back and some in chest what might be the reason?

Anything?: Without actual evaluation, it is hard to assess why you might have these lumps. If they bother you, i would have them checked out. Could be nothing like a benign tumor called a lipoma (fat tissue collection) or could be an infection of glands or worse possible cancer tumor. Rather than wonder what it is, get it checked out.
