Probably hygiene: 6 year olds can be very compulsive or not very good about toilet hygiene. Either way they can get a rash. Usually a lukewarm shallow bath without soap and drying well plus a simple diaper cream (zinc oxide) will suffice. However, she could have a bladder infection, so if she continues to complain, better have her checked.
