A member asked:

Pregnancy blood test came back at 25 mi/mu. what does that mean? how far along is that. was told negative then said to be postitive. which is it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is positive: Blood pregnancy tests ( HCG level) can detect HCG earlier in a pregnancy than urine or home pregnancy tests can. These tests can confirm a pregnancy about 8 to 10 days after ovulation. Blood pregnancy tests will yield a positive result if they detect 5 miu or more of HCG in the blood.
