Need more info: Did you have unprotected sex? Did you miss a period? If the blood test was done 3-4 days after a missed period and it was negative, you not likely to be pregnant. You could do a home test in a week or so. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If the result is negative you could re do it in 3-4 days if you do not get your period by then. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.
