Several ways: On your own you can try breathing exercises, yoga, meditation. Tai chi, etc. With professional help you can have a good evaluation of your symptoms, as well as therapy for them. A therapist can provide talk therapy according to your symptoms & what triggers them, etc. A psychiatrist can provide medications if needed.

Depends on the type : Of anxiety. If the anxiety is about something specific such as public speaking, preparation & practice help. Positive self talk helps. If it is social anxiety, therapy & medication may help. The fda has approved several ssri meds for social anxiety. Try reducing stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine.
