If u were off citopram 40mg for like 11 months, got off of it got back on 40 mgs for a month then went to the er and they pushede back to 10mgs. would there be very bad side effects?

No: I do not think so , but what were the reasont that your med got down to 10 mg from 40 mg.I do not think that lower dosage give you any bad side effect, but it may not work for you with the condition that you were given at first.You need to check with your doctor about this.
