Sure it's air?: These kinds of symptoms are concerning for an obstruction. Things such as a hiatal hernia or other structural problems with your stomach should be ruled out. Any time there is vomiting involved for a sustained period of time, it should be evaluated. See your doctor and perhaps a GI specialist if needed. Take care.

Air swallower : Maybe you reflexively swallow air in response to reflux disease. You could simply try some anti-gas preparation that contains simethicone at bedtime. If that doesn't help, see your primary care provider for an evaluation. Hope this helps!
