Inflammatory process: Infection/inflammation of the GI tract/liver can cause an elevation in you "white" blood cells and a temporary increase in your "liver" labs. Causes can be gall stones or infections. If liver labs are elevated they should probably be followed to make sure they are trending back down. Take care.

Suspect hepatitis: It is very important that you see a physician and have complete workup done to check for acute hepatitis. Hepatitis can be due to viruses, medicines (e.G cholesterol medicines, phenothiazines) or autoimmune diseases (like systemic lupus erythematosus).
