A member asked:

Should serrapeptase (using to treat scar tissue in fallopian tubes) be used along with vitex (to treat pcos)?

Neither are useful: There is no scientific evidence that serratiopeptidase (serrapeptidase) affects any cause of infertility, including scarring in or around the fallopian tubes. There is evidence that vitex agnus-castus may help with pms symptoms and cyclic mastalgia (breast pain) but no studies showing that it helps women with pcos or infertility. If you have pcos and damaged tubes you need to see a rei specialist.
