Not proven: Serrapeptase is categorized as a dietary supplement. There is not proven science supporting the idea that it would open a blocked fallopian tube. Before you spend money and time I would consult an Obgyn and clarify the status of both fallopian tubes. Then if you are trying to conceive an effective plan of care can be established to help you achieve your goal.
