My whole life i've hack stuff back up my nose instead of blowing it. lately when i do it my throat feels tensed and i can feel the veins. is this bad?

Doctor can evaluate: If there is an unusual symptom in the nose or throat, an ENT specialist can look with a fiber optic scope to see if there is a deviated septum, some other blockage, or some sort of tumor. One start with her primary care doctor, and be referred to an ENT doctor as needed.

I have a few red spots on the back of my throat one small and a 2 bigger. Also my tonsils look like they have veins that are red on them. Ive had post nasal drip thats been irrating me. Its made my throat sorta sore could this just be from that?
