Get more info: Yes, more than one std can be passed at the same time. But you may only have the one, which is very treatable. Many screening clinics will test for the common std's & HIV at the same time & this may have already been done.Find out or go for additional testing. The stress you are putting yourself through is likely the cause of your weird symptoms.

Probably not HIV: I agree with previous reply. I'll add that although having or getting gonorrhea does increase the risk of HIV, gonorrhea is far more common than HIV and the odds are you don't have HIV. Get tested for HIV if not yet done; you can expect negative. HIV doesn't cause symptoms like yours; I agree it's probably stress/anxiety. If your gonorrhea hasn't yet been treated, get to the clinic or doctor ASAP.
