Does, hiv cause muscle twitching or muscle spasm ..lately my muscle twitch but only wen im up ..it haven't started until i've been stressing ..?

HIV: As a general rule, HIV itself does not produce central nervous system symptoms or peripheral neuritis or myositis, but if you have profound immune suppression the myriad of infections and tumors which occur can produce nearly anything. Doubt this is hiv, but if you are worried about being infected, please go get tested. Early diagnosis and treatment are best.
