Ask Dr: It "might" be normal for you, but more likely is a feature of your anxiety. If you've removed caffeine, energy drinks, tobacco, cold medicines, etc., from your life and hr still up near 100, should get checked by your dr for med mgmt, vs blood test for thyroid or other issues.
