It's safe to say that with the r pink and the l pale, you don't have an optimal result, unfortunately. You must wait and hope - medication may help. Balloon intervention may be a consideration. Stay in close touch with your surgeon. If you're smoking, stop!

Any concern : After a surgery questions should be directed to your surgeon. I would get in contact with your surgeon asap. Often times you may be given an appt to come back in a given time but if you don;t think something is looking right or doesn't feel good you make an immediate appt to discuss with your surgeon. After a bypass, one would want good color returning almost immediately ideally.
