Need more info: I'm guessing you are referring to ast/alt values. These values can be increased for many many reasons. We need more information on our past history, symptoms etc.

Which enzymes?: It is important to look at all the results from the blood tests and interpret the results in the context of your medical history, physical examination, the medications you take, and intake of alcohol or other substances. Were you tested for hep c? The issue should be discussed with your doctor for a proper evaluation.
