A member asked:

Pain on right side above breast 1-2 inches below collar bone. diangosis with gallstones waiting on dr appt on 24th?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Search Elsewhere: Gallbladder disease typically causes attacks of pain localized to the right-upper abdomen (under the breast), often w/nausea+/- vomiting. This pain may move around into the right-mid back or even the shoulder, but I have never seen constant pain by the clavicle. Gallstones w/o symptoms do not warrant rx, and if they did, you would need to a see a surgeon. I would return to your primary md.
