chronic dull pain behind left scapula , muscles seem to tighten up had a heap of test, wot could it be had it for over 2 years now?

Long thoracic nerve : Can't say for sure but could be long thoracic nerve damage which can cause scapular winging with the shoulder blade sticking out.
