See a neurologist:: You probably had a seizure at 16 years old. I am not sure if the eeg reflected this or not. I suggest seeing a neurologist to discuss your past history and see if any other issues need to be addressed for the present/future.

Recheck EEG sometime: If you have not had another seizure in 14 years, that may have been a temporary problemthe eeg should be normal now.
