Not really: If you have ever looked at the bottom of the cup that has held coffee or tea for any amount of time you notice staining. This can happen also to your teeth. If there are any restorations, this can also add more areas that can stain. Any acidic liquids can also over time cause erosion.

Depends on Sweetner: Neither coffee or tea are harmful to your teeth, except for the fact that they both cause stains which can usually be removed by a thorough dental cleaning. However, if you use alot of sugar instead of a sugar substitute in your coffee or tea then it can be harmful. Hot coffee or tea is usually sipped over a longer time period which gives the bacteria more of an opportunity to decay your enamel.

Not specifically!: To the best of my knowledge, coffee and tea have no direct benefits to your teeth. In fact, regular use of both will stain your teeth! what coffee and tea do have (especially teas) are anti-oxidants which are beneficial for one's overall health! so drink up!
