See report: Fibroglandular tissue is normal breast tissue. Sometimes if can look like an abnormality and addition tests are needed. If the report says to return for additional tests, then you should follow that suggestion. If you are feeling a mass and the mammogram does not show an abnormality, you should contact your doctor or a breast specialist.

Most likely no: If that is the only finding in your report, you do not need additional testing. However I am not sure if the radiologist raised any other concerns. The report usually has a number at its conclusion called birads or acr category. If the number was 1 or 2, you won't need other testing unless on clinical exam you had other objective findings such as a lump, areas of thickening, pain or tenderness.
