Yes: Swelling in the legs and feet is a very common condition in pregnancy. Most of the time it is a perfectly normal physiologic process. It is important to make sure your blood pressure is normal. Sometimes swelling can be a sign of preeclampsia, high blood pressure in pregnancy.
