Psoriasis: Unless you have food allergies, there is no food that is specifically bad for psoriasis. Basically, people are able to determine, based on prior incident, if a particular food(s) cause a flare of the skin condition. Try a food diary for a while.

Agree with Dr. M: There are effective treatments for psoriasis and you should talk to your doctor. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
