Diet & psorriasis: There are no studies showing any clear relationship between dietary consumption and psorriasis. Various commercial entities have offered 'miracle' diets for psorriasis, but they are completely unproven. Eat a normal healthy diet with 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Reducing stress (ie. Taking time to relax daily) will give you more relief from psorriasis than any diet will.
